Official rules of the R1 000 000 HomeChoice Grand Prize Draw

1) The closing date for the draw is 30 October 2010. The draw will take place on 5 November 2010. HomeChoice reserves the right to amend the closing date and draw date.

2) This Prize Draw is part of a series of HomeChoice games, and the winner will be selected from the total pool of entries received.

3) By entering the Prize Draw, acceptance of the rules is implied. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw, and the judge’s decision will be final.

4) The winner must be willing to pose for a picture, and the photograph, name and location of the prize winner will be advertised in future HomeChoice promotions.

5) There is no obligation to place an order to enter the Prize Draw. Entry is limited to residents of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Swaziland and Lesotho.

6) The prize will be paid out in instalments of R100 000 per year, every year until paid out in full.

7) The winner’s HomeChoice account must be up-to-date at the time of the draw. If the account is in arrears, the winner will automatically be disqualified and another winner will be drawn.

8) The Lotteries Act, 1997 provides that any director, member, partner, employee or agent of or consultant to any person who is associated with the organising of this competition and any spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any such person commits an offence if they participate.
